We’re seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to drive growth by identifying and developing new client opportunities. In this fully remote, 100% commission-based role, you’ll connect with prospective clients, educate them on our services, and help them choose the right protection. This is a high-impact role perfect for self-starters looking to grow their income and career.
Generate and qualify new leads through outreach, referrals, and marketing channels
Educate prospective clients on insurance solutions and guide them through the process
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments to assess client needs
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
Participate in ongoing training and development
