Job Description
The Case Manager provides case management support to clients living in transitional housing. They will manage an assigned caseload and work to align each client’s housing and employment objectives, while ensuring all activities comply with the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in social work or any other similar degree + 1 year of Case Manager experience
OR
Minimum of associate's degree + 3 years of experience as a Case Manager experience.
1 year of previous experience working in a Shelter environment and/ or working with at-risk populations such as domestic violence survivors, clients with medical and mental health issues and chronically homelessness.
CASAC preferred, but not required
Customer Service experience is required
Verbal and written communication skills
Able to work in Staten Island
Open Availability, able to work full-time, weekends and Holidays.
