We are expanding our content and SEO efforts and are looking for a talented Content Writer & SEO Specialist to join our fully remote team and help us grow organic visibility across all three platforms. Role Overview As a Content Writer & SEO Specialist, you will create compelling, search-engine-optimized content that educates our audiences, drives organic traffic, and supports our growth strategy. You will work across all three platforms — Printable Graph Paper, Sudoku Printable, and Multiplication Chart Printable — developing tailored content strategies for each. Key Responsibilities Plan, research, and write high-quality blog articles, landing pages, and help documentation for Printable Graph Paper, Sudoku Printable, and Multiplication Chart Printable Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify content opportunities aligned with user intent and search trends Develop and maintain distinct content strategies for each platform, taking into account their different target audiences (educators, students, professionals) Optimize on-page SEO elements including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking structures Monitor organic performance via Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and report on KPIs monthly Identify and fill content gaps compared to competitors in the printable tools and educational resources space Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure content accuracy, quality, and proper formatting Stay current with Google algorithm changes, SEO best practices, and content marketing trends Requirements 2+ years of professional content writing and SEO experience, ideally in SaaS, edtech, or productivity tools Proven ability to grow organic search traffic through content-driven strategies Strong command of written English with excellent clarity, grammar, and style Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz Solid understanding of on-page SEO, keyword mapping, and content clustering Ability to write for multiple audience types (e.g., K-12 educators, students, creative professionals) Comfortable managing multiple content streams simultaneously with strong organizational skills Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms Nice to Have Experience writing content for educational, printable, or creative tools Familiarity with schema markup and technical SEO concepts Knowledge of UX writing principles for web tools Background in education or teaching What We Offer Competitive salary: $48,000 – $68,000 per year (depending on experience) 100% remote position with flexible working hours across time zones 30 days paid vacation per year Annual learning & development budget of $1,200 Opportunity to build content strategy from the ground up across three established platforms Collaborative, flat team structure with direct involvement in product decisions How to Apply We are looking for a motivated content professional who is excited about educational tools and organic growth.
