Dental receptionist/Front desk coordinator: MUST HAVE previous receptionist experience
- Answering phones
- Scheduling patients
- Verifying dental insurance
- Presenting treatment plans
- Collecting funds, balancing and preparing daysheet/deposit
- Understanding ledgers and balances, billing and collections
- Dental terminiolgy knowledge
- Computer skills: basic word, scanning, printing
- Customer service and kid friendly
