Job Description

Requirements

  • Qualified applicants  MUST  have experience in the following trades: Painting and Drywall (Mud/Tape/Texture)
  • Residential & Commercial painting experience  preferred
  • Experienced with both interior & exterior painting
  • Possession of basic hand tools and power tools
  • Comfortable with heights
  • Able to work in non-conventional environments ( outdoor work conditions, buildings, roof tops, duct work, scaffolding, etc. )
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be dependable and reliable
  • Able and willing to work a flexible schedule
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Must have a valid WA state driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check

Job Duties

  • Ability to install and repair drywall, wall texturing, and ceiling acoustic texturing
  • Ability to mask and prep
  • Filling nail holes, cracks, and joints with putty plaster
  • Painting surfaces using brushes, spray gun, or paint rollers
  • Maintain a clean and presentable working environment at all times
  • All other duties as assigned

Pay-scale: Depends on Experience

Private & Public Sector (prevailing wage) work available
