Looking for a Field Service Engineer in Santa Clara, CA area. Join Our Client, a global leader advancing the world's technology! We seek an electronics grad or tech with 3-4 years experience, semiconductor knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic R&D environment.

responsibilities:
- Provide primary support, system recovery, and preventive maintenance for metrology and analytical tools owned by Our Client.
- Coordinate daily schedules with OEM suppliers, escort them on-site, and collaborate to troubleshoot equipment and investigate root causes.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to monitor equipment status, perform SPC wafer runs for stability trending, and execute system qualifications.
- Accurately log all tool activities, daily repair records, and SPC runs in designated databases while maintaining electronic supplier manuals.
- Maintain professional interaction with internal teams, participate in technical on-the-job training, and mentor junior technicians.
