The Float Pool Medical Assistant provides essential staffing support across Overlakes outpatient and urgent care services. This position supports multiple Urgent Care clinics and requires travel to locations in Bellevue IssaquahNewcastle and Redmond .

Float Pool Medical Assistants are crosstrained to support urgent care front and back office duties ensuring high-quality patient care and operational continuity. This role is ideal for adaptable teamoriented medical assistants who enjoy variety in their work environment.

Full-Time / Day Evenings Weekends Holidays

Sunday- Saturday / 7am -330pm or 230pm to 1030pm

8-hour /10 - hour shifts (variable start/end times)

$5000 sign-on bonus for new hires

Float Pool Premium: $2.00/hour in addition to base pay

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required .

• Graduate of a certified medical assistant program or previous military training/experience that satisfies Washington state standards required .

• Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C) through WA State DOH required.

• Current healthcare provider CPR certification required.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

• Experience with EMR applications EPIC preferred.

Additional Requirement s:

• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

• Reliable personal vehiclerequired for travel between clinic locations.
