Compensation : $115,000 - $148,000 Annual Salary

P osition Description for Nurse Practitioner :

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate
Nurse Practitioner for our Nursing Homes in Altamont, NY. This role is focused on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered dermatological care at the bedside, ensuring residents receive timely, effective, and high-quality treatment within a collaborative clinical environment. This is a full-time, in-person position Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:

• Current, unrestricted NP license in the state of New York
• Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Expertise in primary care, acute care, and chronic care practices
• Knowledge of health and patient care regulations

Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to residents in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and therapists
• Manage acute and chronic conditions for a diverse resident population
• Perform rounds and respond to changes in patient condition
• Document patient encounters in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
