ROLE IMPACT
This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy and fulfilling outbound shipments in a high-volume distribution environment. Success is defined by accurate, efficient order pulling, meeting productivity targets, and maintaining physical readiness for warehouse operations.
KEY DUTIES
• Pull parts and components using RF scan technology
• Pick approximately 50 items per hour
• Perform extensive walking and lifting throughout the shift
• Support inventory accuracy through precise order fulfillment
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• RF scan gun
• Walking-intensive role
• Lifting up to 50lbs
• Warehouse environment with potential weekend/OT shifts
