What Youll Do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive plans and strategies for projects including land use transportation and community development
• Conduct research and data analysis to inform planning decisions and recommendations
• Prepare and present reports proposals and plans to internal teams government agencies and community stakeholders
• Review and evaluate development proposals for compliance with zoning regulations land use policies and environmental standards
• Collaborate with internal departments consultants and external partners to coordinate planning activities
• Facilitate public consultations and engage with community members to gather input and feedback
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and objectives

What Youll Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Urban Planning Geography Environmental Studies or related field
• Internship or 02 years of planning municipal or consulting experience
• Basic knowledge of zoning land-use planning and municipal processes
• Familiarity with GIS and mapping tools preferred
• Strong writing organization and communication skills

Salary Range:

$68000.00 - $72000.00
