Job Description

Job Summary: The Print Production Assistant at The UPS Store #6846 in Florence, South Carolina is responsible for providing printing and graphic design services to customers. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires strong customer service, organization, and technical skills. The Print Production Assistant will work as an individual contributor and will report to the Document Services Manager. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this position is $12-$15 per hour, paid biweekly, depending upon Print Production Experience.   • Greet customers and assist them with their printing needs
  • Operate various printing equipment such as printers, copiers, and laminators
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide graphic design services including creating and editing designs for print materials
  • Maintain inventory of printing supplies and place orders as needed
  • Ensure that all print jobs are produced accurately and on time
  • Communicate with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on their print orders
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and escalate to management as needed
  • Keep the print area clean and organized
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
To be considered, you MUST have the following skills:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or print production role preferred
  • Proficiency in using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Fiery Command Workstation
  • Knowledge of printing and finishing techniques
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
