We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Closer with strong outbound communication skills and a background in real estate–related environments. This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, results-driven, and capable of building trust quickly with property owners and heirs. Experience working with Surplus Funds or Unclaimed Funds is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct 20–50 meaningful conversations daily with potential leads
* Manage 30–75+ outbound calls per day
* Build rapport quickly and maintain professional, respectful communication
* Review and interpret obituaries and family relationships to identify correct contacts
* Follow up with prospects and guide them through the contract process
* Maintain accurate notes and tracking within internal systems
* Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics
* Represent the company professionally in all interactions
Requirements
* 1–2+ years of cold-calling experience (outbound sales or customer service)
* Previous real estate experience required
* Experience with Surplus Funds or Unclaimed Funds preferred
* Fluent English (Grade A+) with a natural, professional tone
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
* Comfortable handling medium to high call volume daily
*Laptop or PC with headset and clear microphone
* Reliable internet connection and backup power source
