Real Estate Investment Sales Representative

Full-Time | High Commission Potential | $70K–$200K+

We are actively hiring for two key roles within our acquisitions team:

  • Lead Managers (Entry-Level)

  • Acquisition Specialists (Closers)

Position Overview

This is a performance-driven sales environment where you’ll work with motivated seller leads and guide them through the process of selling their property.

Whether you’re starting in sales or already an experienced closer, we provide the structure, training, and opportunity to grow into a high-income real estate career .

Role 1: Lead Manager / Appointment Setter (Entry-Level)

What You’ll Do

  • Speak with inbound and outbound seller leads

  • Build rapport and qualify property owners’ situations

  • Gather key details (condition, timeline, motivation)

  • Set appointments or pass qualified opportunities to closers

  • Maintain follow-ups and pipeline organization

Ideal For

  • Entry-level candidates or those new to real estate

  • Strong communicators who are comfortable on the phone

  • Coachable, consistent, and detail-oriented individuals

Role 2: Acquisition Specialist (Closer)

What You’ll Do

  • Run appointments with motivated property sellers

  • Analyze property value, condition, and investment potential

  • Negotiate offers and close deals directly with homeowners

  • Manage the deal from first conversation to signed contract

  • Build rapport and guide sellers through a stress-free process

Ideal For

  • Experienced sales professionals or real estate closers
