The Role:

We are seeking a Real Estate Photographer based in or near Philadelphia, PA to capture high-quality property images for listings, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns for one of the leading full service, local property management . The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, and comfortable working independently while delivering great results.

• Collaborate with clients to understand each property's unique selling points and creative direction.
• Capture interior and exterior photography across a range of residential and commercial properties.
• Apply professional camera, lighting, and composition techniques suited to real estate environments.
• Deliver images in a timely manner for use in listings and marketing campaigns.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical expertise, creativity, and strong communication skills.

• Proven experience in photography, ideally with a real estate or architectural portfolio.
• Proficient in photo editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and composition in indoor and outdoor settings.
• Experience with professional camera equipment and wide-angle or tilt-shift lenses is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills; able to meet listing deadlines consistently.
