Position Overview
We are a growing real estate business seeking a highly motivated, experienced Virtual Assistant / Cold Calling Specialist based in the Philippines to assist with lead generation, client conversion support, and CRM management.
This position will begin part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone who is results-driven, excellent on the phone, and understands how to help turn leads into real estate clients.
Compensation
$4.00 USD per hour
Performance Bonuses / Commission on closed deals generated or assisted with
Opportunity for pay increases and full-time advancement based on performance
Primary Responsibilities
Cold call leads, homeowners, FSBOs, expired listings, and prospect lists
Follow up with inbound and outbound leads consistently
Nurture prospects until they are ready to speak with agent
Update and manage CRM records accurately
Assist with lead pipeline management in Real Geeks
Work seller leads generated from Market Leader / HouseValues
Help gather basic information for Current Market Analysis (CMA) preparation
Assist with database cleanup and lead tagging/organization
Set appointments with qualified buyers/sellers
Track lead follow-up and report KPI metrics daily/weekly
Secondary / Growth Responsibilities
(Will be trained into over time)
Basic video editing for real estate/social media content
Marketing assistance
Social media support
Additional administrative tasks as role expands
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate cold calling/appointment setting
Strong English speaking skills with minimal accent
Experience in generating and nurturing leads
Basic understanding of CRM systems
Familiarity with Real Geeks or similar CRM preferred
Familiarity with real estate terminology/processes
Basic understanding of property values / CMA support preferred
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Coachable and growth-minded
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with U.S. real estate agents/brokerages
Experience with Market Leader / HouseValues
Familiarity with dialers and call tracking systems
Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
