As a Registered Behavioral Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering person-centered care and supporting treatment plans for individuals on the autism spectrum. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time assistance to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' goals.
• Conduct telephonic outreach for appointment reminders and missed appointments.
• Co-facilitate support and educational groups under guidance.
• Collaborate with clinical staff in assessment and service planning.
• Perform evidence-based care coordination to prevent hospitalizations.
• Support patients in accessing community resources as per their care plans.
• Complete all other assigned duties within scope.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Familiarity with office equipment and technology.

Education and Experience:

• Certified as a Registered Behavioral Technician.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally required to sit; frequently required to talk and stand.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and depth perception.

Work Environment:

• BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS EXPOSURE LEVEL: 1 (HIGH)
• Noise Level: Moderate
