Travel Registered Nurse (RN)-Long Term Care (LTC) (Nights) Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN)-Long Term Care (LTC) for a 13-week travel assignment in Bellaire, MI.
Contract Details
- Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 12; 7:00PM - 7:30AM/36 hours guaranteed/Must be willing to take charge if needed
- Start Date: 5/21/2026
- Contract: 13 weeks

- Hourly Pay: $ 28.00
- Non-taxed Stipend: $1141.00
- Weekly Total Pay: $1897.00
- Weekend Requirements: Call - 1 weekend every 8 weeks; Every other weekend along with 2 shifts during the week to make 36 hours per week. Block scheduling WILL NOT be approved.
- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
- Vaccine Requirements: Covid Vaccine (if declining, mandated to wear a mask) is Strongly preferred; COVID vaccination card if applicable **Please add vaccination status in submission**
- Unbillable Orientation: 0 hours nonbillable orientation
- Traveler Policy: No. Locals with a permanent residency within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered

** Client operates on a Sunday-Saturday schedule so there may be scheduling on Sunday or Saturday + the two days during the week equating to 36 hrs/week. Timesheets are not to be signed by the Facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques and facility policies and procedures.
- Prepares equipment and aids physicians during treatments and examinations of residents.
- Observes residents, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor, physician and family of resident’s condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
- Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess the condition of resident.
- Assigns duties and coordinates nursing services on the resident unit to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with instructions of Physician, federal and state regulations and facility procedures.
- Consults with Shift Supervisor on nursing problems and interpretation of facility policies to ensure resident needs are met.
- Report all complaints or unusual problems to the supervisor. Assist with completion of facility complaint report.
- Participates in orientation and training and evaluation of nursing personnel.
- Evaluates nursing activities to ensure resident care, staff relations, and efficiency of service.
- Assigns duties and coordinates nursing service on the resident unit.
- Observes nursing care and visits residents to ensure that nursing care is carried out as directed, and treatment administered in accordance with Physician's instructions.
- Assumes responsibility and maintains records for unit narcotics.
- Inspects resident rooms and the unit for cleanliness and comfort.
- Responsible for documenting admissions, discharges, transfers and incident reports per facility policies and procedures.
- Participate in the care plan process, completes nursing assessments and resident care plans accurately and timely on assigned residents.
- Completes special projects and audits in the direction of the Supervisor, CCC, or Director of Nursing.
- Maintain all educational requirements for the State of Michigan to keep licenses current.
- Attend facility in services and ward conferences as assigned.
- Maintain resident confidentiality; treat residents with kindness, dignity and respect; know and comply with all Resident's Rights rules; and promptly report all resident accidents and injuries to charge nurses.
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ Years Experience in LTC, SNF, or Med Surg setting is required
- BLS AHA is required
- Active MI RN license/Nursys is required;
- Blocked scheduling cannot be approved. Clinician must be flexible with scheduling.
- Must have completed at least '1' successful travel assignment as a RN (Please note on work history) is required
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
