Position Summary

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Remote Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects across various departments, ensuring seamless coordination, efficient execution, and successful delivery. You will serve as the central point of contact for project stakeholders, balancing priorities, timelines, and resources in a dynamic work environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, from planning through execution and closure
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, product, finance, and external partners
• Track progress using project management tools and ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively
• Communicate project updates, risks, and achievements to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and identifying areas for optimization
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and status reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years of proven experience managing projects in a professional setting
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Proficiency in tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams
• Background in technology, operations, or business transformation projects
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
• Annual Bonus: Typically 10% – 20% of base salary
