Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Remote Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation through completion. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Candidates must be comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Prepare and present status reports to leadership
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working in remote or hybrid environments preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 per year
  • Annual Bonus: Typically 10–20% of base salary
