The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work along side our Executive Chefs in expanding our repertoire focusing on upscale French, Creole, Vegan and Contemporary Cuisine featuring Scratch Cooking, Raw Bar, Charcuterie, Modern and Classic techniques and locally sourced ingredients.
Duties include:
Purchasing and Receiving
Food Prep.
Set-up and breakdown.
Maintaining consistency in Service.
Party executions.
