Required Qualifications (Must Haves)
7+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
Strong consultative and design thinking mindset
Highly end user empathetic and customer focused
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Experience designing across web, mobile app, kiosk, and in store experiences
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital product design, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite)
Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility (ADA/WCAG)
Preferred / Highly Desired (Nice to Haves)
Front end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience in e commerce, retail, or customer facing platforms
Familiarity with analytics/heat mapping tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
