Job Description

Position Overview
A leading multi-brand restaurant group is seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead brand growth, guest engagement, and revenue generation across a diverse portfolio of concepts.
This executive will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase brand relevance, and deliver measurable business results across all channels. The role requires a dynamic leader who can balance high-level strategy with disciplined execution in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.


Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

  • Own portfolio-wide brand architecture, positioning, and growth strategy across multiple restaurant concepts
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that drive traffic, sales, and profitability
  • Lead enterprise digital commerce and off-premise strategies, including online ordering, delivery, catering, and guest acquisition/retention
  • Establish long-term brand goals and ensure alignment across all markets and channels
  • Analyze marketing performance and continuously optimize strategies based on data and insights
  • Manage agency partners and ensure consistent execution across all marketing initiatives

Brand & Business Growth

  • Partner with Operations to ensure brand standards and guest experience are consistently delivered at the restaurant level
  • Collaborate with Culinary, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support menu innovation, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution
  • Oversee national and local store marketing, including grand openings, promotions, and community engagement initiatives
  • Lead development and execution of annual marketing calendars and promotional strategies
  • Drive measurable outcomes, including traffic growth, guest frequency, sales performance, and ROI

CRM, Loyalty & Guest Engagement

  • Lead CRM and loyalty strategy, including customer acquisition, segmentation, personalization, and retention initiatives
  • Optimize guest lifecycle marketing to increase frequency, spend, and long-term brand loyalty
  • Drive digital engagement through targeted campaigns and data-driven marketing strategies

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee all digital channels, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and ROI targets
  • Identify trends and implement innovative, data-driven growth strategies
  • Optimize the end-to-end customer journey across all digital touchpoints

Public Relations & Partnerships

  • Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation
  • Build strategic partnerships, events, and experiential campaigns to strengthen brand positioning
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive activity

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
  • Provide clear direction, accountability, and performance management across all levels
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and alignment across departments

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit retail industry
  • Proven success developing and executing strategies that drive sales growth and brand engagement
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, CRM, loyalty, and off-premise channels
  • Experience managing multi-brand portfolios and complex marketing organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
