Key Responsibilities
- Office Support: Be the first point of contact—answering phones and warmly greeting visitors.
- Data Entry: Accurately input accounting transactions and maintain financial records.
- Organization: Manage physical and digital filing systems to ensure data integrity.
- Versatility: Tackle "other duties as assigned"—we are a team-first environment where everyone chips in.
Qualifications Agvance software is a big plus
- Computer Savvy: Prior experience with basic office software (Email, Word, Excel) is required.
- Teachable Spirit: While some accounting coursework is a plus, a degree is not required. We are looking for someone who is quick to pick up new processes.
- Personality: You must be a positive, professional team player who enjoys interacting with people.
salary: $19 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities
Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Director of Finance.
Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software, Agvance.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice entry, matching,
and basic tracking.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company and regulatory
requirements.
Support monthly account reconciliations and escalate discrepancies for review.
Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries.
Respond to routine internal inquiries and support company staff members as needed.
Follow established accounting procedures, internal controls, and company policies.
Continuously enhance job knowledge through regular updates.
Participate in training programs and follow standard operating procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and protect company assets.
Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.
Be able to think and act quickly and efficiently in emergencies.
May drive on company business.
Comply with all MVR policies and procedures, including but not limited to workplace safety, reporting
work-related injuries, Infection Control, and preventing potential
