Job Description

Our client, a consulting company, is seeking a Business Consultant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in helping organizations improve their performance and efficiency through strategic planning and implementation. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients to identify their needs, analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations.

As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of client operations and presenting findings to stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a team but also demonstrate independence in completing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of client business practices and identify areas for improvement

  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support findings and recommendations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting role or similar environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
