Job Description

We are seeking a punctual, dependable, and highly organized Construction Site Administrator to support ongoing Amazon construction and installation projects. This position is based out of the jobsite trailer and plays a critical role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, excellent attendance, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and records
• Take detailed meeting notes, including tracking speakers and key discussion points
• Assist with tracking and organizing employee timesheets and jobsite data
• Utilize Excel for reporting, tracking logs, and general administrative functions
• Support day-to-day administrative needs within the jobsite trailer
• Run occasional local errands for jobsite materials and supplies as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay on top of multiple tasks
• Punctual, dependable, and consistent with attendance
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Comfortable working in a construction jobsite environment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
