Job Overview
ECCHA Soccer Training is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Head Coach to lead and develop the city’s top football teams. The role involves overseeing the ensuring competitive performance at regional international levels and advising the youth team.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Tactical Leadership
· Design and implement a long-term football philosophy aligned with ECCHA Soccer Training objectives
· Plan and conduct training sessions, camps, and competitive matches
· Develop tactical strategies based on opponent analysis and team strengths
Team Management
· Select players based on performance, fitness, and tactical suitability
· Build a disciplined, high-performance team culture
· Manage coaching staff, analysts, and support personnel
Performance Monitoring
· Evaluate player and team performance using modern analytics tools
· Prepare technical reports after matches and tournaments
· Track player development and progression
Collaboration & Development
· Work closely with the ECCHA Soccer Training Technical Department and youth development programs
· Align senior team strategies with grassroots and academy systems
· Contribute to coach education and football development initiatives
Professional Standards
· Ensure adherence to international standards of coaching and conduct
· Maintain discipline, integrity, and professionalism at all times
· Represent ECCHA Soccer Training in official events, press conferences, and international
forums
Minimum Requirements
· AFC Pro License / UEFA Pro License (or equivalent)
· Proven track record of success (tournaments, leagues, or international
competitions)
· Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
· Experience working in multicultural environments is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
· Background in youth development and talent identification
· Knowledge of sports science, data analytics, and modern coaching
methodologies
