Position: Sr UI/UX Designer
Location: Frisco, TX ( 5 days a week onsite )
Duration: 6+ months contract too hire
Must have 7+ years of experience (senior level expectation)
Very consultative profile required
High emphasis on communication and presentation skills
Not a junior or purely execution focused designer
Required Qualifications (Must Haves)
7+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
Strong consultative and design thinking mindset
Highly end user empathetic and customer focused
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Experience designing across web, mobile app, kiosk, and in store experiences
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital product design, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite)
Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility (ADA/WCAG)
Preferred / Highly Desired (Nice to Haves)
Front end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience in e commerce, retail, or customer facing platforms
Familiarity with analytics/heat mapping tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
What Will NOT Work
Designers with less than senior level experience
Candidates lacking strong stakeholder communication or presentation ability
Profiles focused narrowly on one platform only
Candidates uncomfortable working cross functionally
